1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the peryagame.ph website and any associated services, applications, or platforms (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

peryagame.ph reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use peryagame.ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of peryagame.ph or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with peryagame.ph or any other gaming operator.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of services on peryagame.ph, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify peryagame.ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on peryagame.ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. peryagame.ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any funds held therein without prior notice.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. peryagame.ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

peryagame.ph is required by law and by its regulatory obligations to verify the identity of all players. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, we may request the following documents at any time:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID).
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name).
• Source of funds documentation, where required by anti-money laundering regulations.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. peryagame.ph reserves the right to refuse service to any player who fails to satisfactorily complete the KYC process.

5. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on peryagame.ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits made to your peryagame.ph account:

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

peryagame.ph currently accepts deposits via the following methods:

• GCash
• PayMaya (Maya)
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) online transfer
• BDO (Banco de Oro) online transfer
• Metrobank online transfer

Available payment methods may change from time to time. peryagame.ph reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on peryagame.ph is ₱50.00. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your peryagame.ph account within seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. peryagame.ph does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.4 Prohibited Deposits

You must not deposit funds that originate from illegal activities. peryagame.ph cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and anti-money laundering authorities. Any deposits suspected of being proceeds of crime will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the KYC verification process before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• peryagame.ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

peryagame.ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, which are separate from your real-money balance.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, validity periods, eligible games, and maximum bet limits are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.
• peryagame.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on peryagame.ph are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes. The following rules apply to all gameplay:

• Each game on peryagame.ph has its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing bets.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on peryagame.ph's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative.
• peryagame.ph reserves the right to void any bet or game round that is affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or any other irregularity that compromises the integrity of the game.
• Bets placed after the official closing time of a game or event will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on peryagame.ph. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any software, algorithm, or device designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward peryagame.ph staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion or account restriction measures.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the peryagame.ph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of peryagame.ph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of peryagame.ph.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, peryagame.ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

peryagame.ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your peryagame.ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Responsible Gaming

peryagame.ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

peryagame.ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Conduct that peryagame.ph reasonably believes may harm the Platform, other players, or the Company's reputation.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

Upon account closure for cause, peryagame.ph reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

14. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by peryagame.ph is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Amendments to These Terms

peryagame.ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the peryagame.ph Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent peryagame.ph from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
